Using the service

Viagle Image provides an online workspace to generate and edit images using a third-party model. It is an independent service, not a Google product or endorsement. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Use an email account you control and keep access to it secure.

Your content and responsibilities

You must have the necessary permission for uploaded images and prompts. You authorize us and the processing providers to handle that material to deliver your requests, perform safety checks, maintain the service and meet applicable obligations. Follow our Acceptable use policy. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

AI output can contain inaccuracies, unintended changes and similarities to existing work. Review text, product details, rights and suitability before use. No result is guaranteed to be unique, legally protected, accurate or suitable for a specific purpose. Commercial use remains subject to applicable rights and provider terms.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Generations and AI edits use the price shown before submission. 1K, 2K and 4K operations use 1, 2 and 4 credits respectively. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. They are not money, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where a refund or law requires it. Applicable taxes are presented at checkout.

Credits may be reserved while a request runs. A valid saved image settles the operation; a confirmed technical failure without a delivered image releases the reservation. Aesthetic dissatisfaction does not automatically mean the service failed. Our refund policy explains refund requests and preserves mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and retention

The service depends on model, safety, email and payment providers. We may pause requests when capacity, cost or safety controls require it. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a fixed generation time. Free trials depend on eligibility and available budget. Files are retained for 30 days unless deleted sooner; download files you need to keep.

Abuse, suspension and changes

We may refuse requests or suspend access for prohibited use, abuse, unauthorized access or payment disputes. Refund and credit treatment will follow the verified facts, payment-provider rules and applicable law. We may update these terms prospectively as the service changes. Material changes affecting existing purchases will not override mandatory legal rights.

Questions and statutory rights

Contact support about access, purchases or content. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. These terms do not make a promise of legal clearance for AI-generated images.
