For an account, generation or order issue, email [email protected]. Include the order or project reference and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive images.
How do I make my first image?
Write a prompt, optionally choose one reference, then choose a shape and resolution. Sign in using an email code. Your draft stays in place. Review the displayed quote and click generate again to submit. A successful eligible trial image includes its full original download.
What can I upload?
One JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MiB and 20 megapixels. HEIC and remote image URLs are not supported. Upload only images you have permission to use. A reference helps guide a result but does not guarantee identical labels, shapes or colors.
Will my draft survive a refresh?
After sign-in, the workspace saves your text, settings and reference privately. Wait for “Draft saved” before leaving. An image selected while signed out exists only in that tab and may be lost on refresh. Keep your original file until upload succeeds.
How do editing and versions work?
Select a version, then choose “Edit this image.” Describe what should change and check the quote. The edit creates a new version; older images stay available until expiry or deletion. You can branch from an older version. If the earlier provider context expires or reaches its limit, explicitly begin a new context from the saved image.
What does “Checking the result” mean?
The provider has not confirmed whether the original request completed. We check that same task and do not automatically create another one. If an unknown request has no recovered image after the displayed release deadline, reserved user credits are restored. A late recovered image may still be delivered without another debit. Your task is available in My images.
My connection dropped. Should I generate again?
Return to the saved task or use the recovery button. Do not start a duplicate request while the result is unknown. “Recover my submitted request” uses the existing request key, and “Check this task” only checks its status.
How do I download to my phone?
Open the version you want and choose “Download original.” Depending on your browser, the image appears in Downloads or opens in a new view; use the browser’s Save or Share action if needed. A download button requests the original file. It does not guarantee the file was saved in your photo library.
I paid but do not see credits yet.
Open the existing order from your account and choose “Check existing payment.” Credits appear after the server confirms the payment. A checkout success URL alone is not proof of payment. Do not pay again while the order is being confirmed. Contact support with the order reference if it remains unresolved.
Does changing the size upscale my current download?
No. Download retrieves the existing original. To create a different resolution, select the new resolution and explicitly submit a new generation or edit with its displayed cost.
Who can see my images, and how long are they kept?
Projects are private to your account. Product files are retained for 30 days and show an expiry date. Download them before expiry. You can delete a project earlier. Processing providers receive data needed for generation and checks; see Privacy for those separate boundaries.
Can I use images commercially?
You are responsible for checking rights to inputs, likenesses, brands and the intended use. AI results may resemble other material and can contain errors. We do not promise exclusive ownership, legal clearance or suitability for a particular purpose. Review the Terms and Acceptable use policy.
