Acceptable use
Use Viagle Image only for lawful work you have permission to create. These rules apply to prompts, reference images and outputs. Provider safety restrictions also apply.
Prohibited content and uses
- Sexual exploitation or sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, or adult sexual content.
- Face swapping, deceptive deepfakes, identity impersonation or face manipulation tools and requests.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive documents, misleading endorsements or other material intended to deceive people about consequential facts.
- Hateful abuse, threats, extremist promotion, graphic violence or material facilitating harm or illegal acts.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights; images you do not have permission to upload or use.
- Attempting to bypass safeguards, access another account, automate abusive requests, exploit free-trial eligibility, or interfere with service operation.
Review before publishing
AI images can contain errors, unintended changes and unintended similarities. Check text, product details, identities, permissions and factual claims before sharing. Do not present an AI-generated image as proof of an event that did not occur.
How requests are checked
In production, user-controlled prompt text is checked before model processing. Flagged, denied or unconfirmed moderation requests are blocked. The model provider also applies its own safety controls. A text moderation result does not certify the safety or legal status of uploaded and generated images.
Reporting a concern
Contact [email protected] with the relevant reference and a description of the issue. Do not forward illegal images. We may remove access or suspend abusive accounts while reviewing a report.
