What this workspace stores

We store your email, account and sign-in records; prompts, uploaded references, drafts, generated files and version relationships; task status and usage; credit transactions and order references. We use this information to provide access, process requests, restore tasks, deliver files, reconcile payment and address abuse or support issues.

Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session. This interface stores a color-theme preference locally and may retain an unconfirmed request key in session storage to prevent duplicate submissions. These are not advertising identifiers. Prompts and images are not placed in analytics event properties.

Who processes a request

When live generation is enabled, Google receives the prompt, relevant images and editing context needed to generate an image. This workspace allows an editing conversation to continue for up to 7 days, subject to earlier provider or usage limits. After that, you can explicitly start a new conversation from an available saved image.

That editing window is a limit in this service, not a promise that Google deletes the conversation on that date. Google’s retention depends on its applicable policies and the settings of the connected account. The provider account’s billing and retention settings have not yet been verified for this launch. We do not claim zero retention or that local expiry changes a provider’s account settings.

Creem receives user-supplied prompt text for its moderation service before generation. That text check is not a claim that Creem has inspected reference or output images. Creem also handles checkout and payment records. We receive order and payment status information rather than your complete card details. Our email provider handles sign-in delivery. Hosting and service providers process data needed for these functions.

When this page is marked as a local development demo, the simulated generation, moderation, email and checkout paths do not represent live processing.

Private files and retention

Uploaded and generated image files are private by default and require account access. Those files expire in this service after 30 days; each output displays its availability date. Download any originals you want to keep.

The image-file expiry does not automatically delete saved prompt text, drafts, version descriptions or task records. We retain those separately to restore work, show task history and resolve support issues. Account, security and financial records may also remain longer for operation, disputes and legal obligations. Contact support to request deletion of your account information.

Our editing window, our image-file expiry and a provider’s data retention are separate. Reaching a local expiry date does not confirm that Google or another provider has deleted its records.

Deletion and your choices

Deleting a project revokes access to its assets and schedules applicable cleanup. We seek deletion of provider interaction records where that operation is available. Some financial, security or provider records may remain under applicable retention requirements. We cannot promise immediate deletion from every provider’s logs.

Download your files before deleting a project or before expiry. Contact support to request account deletion, access to account information or correction. We may need to verify the account before acting. Applicable privacy rights vary by location; mandatory rights remain available.

Keep sensitive material out

Do not upload credentials, financial account information, medical records or other sensitive material that is unnecessary for an image request. Do not include private information about other people without permission. Your connection and account access are important: sign out on shared devices.
