Purchases and problems
Refunds & credit restoration
Credit restoration and a cash refund are different. A technical image failure can restore the credits reserved for that operation; it does not itself reverse your card payment.
Technical generation failures
If a request fails without delivering a valid image, its reserved credits are released. If an original provider request remains unconfirmed past the displayed recovery deadline, user credits are released while limited reconciliation continues. A recovered late image does not silently charge restored credits again. A completed image you dislike is not automatically a technical failure.
Requesting a purchase refund
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to request a review of an entirely unused pack. Include your account email and order reference. Do not send card details. Used packs, partial refunds, disputes and exceptional technical problems are reviewed against the order history, the payment service’s applicable rules and mandatory consumer rights. This is not an automatic refund approval.
Cash refunds are processed through the payment service after review. The account ledger reflects the verified payment outcome and adjusts the corresponding pack’s remaining credits; unrelated packs are not automatically removed. Your bank or payment method controls when an approved refund becomes visible.
Unconfirmed or duplicate payments
Before paying again, open your existing order and select “Check existing payment.” A checkout return page is not proof of a settled charge. If you believe you paid twice or received the wrong credits, contact support with both order references so we can investigate.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. The checkout’s applicable terms and payment-provider obligations remain relevant. In local development mode, simulated payments and refunds involve no real money.
