The button shows the cost before you submit. A new variation or a different resolution is a new operation. Selecting a previous version, comparing images and downloading an existing original do not use credits.
What happens if an image fails?
Credits are reserved while a task runs. We settle the charge when a valid image is saved. If a technical failure does not deliver an image, reserved credits are restored. A result you dislike is not automatically a technical failure; review and refine it with a separately priced edit.
If a provider response is unconfirmed, we check the original request instead of blindly generating again. See help for recovery and our refund policy for cash refund requests.
Keep your files
Uploads and generated images are private and retained for 30 days. Download the originals you need. Credit validity is separate from file retention; a credit purchase is not permanent image storage.
